Internet package prices and GB change every few weeks, but the way you subscribe almost never changes. Each network has an official offers menu, an app, and offer codes printed on its own website. Learn your network's method once, and you will never need to Google a stranger's possibly-outdated code list again. Before subscribing, make sure you have enough balance — check it with our SIM balance check guide.
1. Jazz: dial *444# or use Jazz World
On any Jazz prepaid SIM, dial *444#. A menu of current bundles appears; reply with the number of the category, then the internet offer you want, and confirm. The package activates within moments and Jazz sends a confirmation SMS with the price deducted. The same offers live in the Jazz World app under Packages — tap an offer to see its current price, volume and validity, then activate it there. Jazz also runs a WhatsApp self-service: send "Hi" to 0300 3008000 on WhatsApp and reply 1 or 2 for bundle information and activation. Postpaid users view bundles by dialling *446*2#.
2. Zong: dial *6464# or SMS "Sub" to 6464
Zong's tariff activation menu is *6464# — dial it, browse the internet bundles, and subscribe from the menu. Most Zong bundles can also be activated by SMS: each bundle on Zong's website lists a keyword, and you send Sub <keyword> to 6464 (the bundle's page shows its exact keyword and, for many bundles, a direct dial code too). The My Zong App shows every current bundle with price and volume and activates in two taps, and Zong's online shop lets you subscribe by entering your mobile number on the offer page.
3. Telenor: My Telenor App, or the code printed on each offer
Telenor does not run one single offers menu the way Jazz and Zong do. Instead, every Telenor offer has its own dial code, printed on that offer's page on telenor.com.pk — many follow the pattern *345*<number># (for example the Weekly Zoom Package is *345*56#), while some offers use shorter codes of their own. Because of this, the reliable route is the My Telenor App: Telenor itself promotes it as the way to view, activate and deactivate offers "without the hassle of remembering USSD strings". Open the app, tap Offers, pick your internet package, and activate. Many Telenor offers can also be subscribed through the Easypaisa app.
4. Ufone: "U ptcl" app, or each offer's own code
Ufone likewise gives each offer its own Dial code, printed next to the offer on Ufone's official Internet Offers page (ufone.com/internet-offers) — dial that offer's code and the package subscribes. Ufone's app is now called "U ptcl" (it replaced the old My Ufone app): open it to explore and subscribe to internet offers. On Ufone's website you can also subscribe from an offer page by entering your mobile number; Ufone sends a confirmation SMS and you reply Y to complete the subscription.
5. Package subscribed twice, or want it off?
Subscribing the same bundle twice usually just deducts balance twice or extends nothing — if it happens by mistake, call your network's helpline the same day. Auto-renewing bundles keep charging on expiry; when you no longer want one, remove it using the methods in our guide to unsubscribing packages on all networks instead of letting the balance quietly drain.
Frequently asked questions
What is the code to see all internet packages on Jazz and Zong?
Dial *444# on Jazz and *6464# on Zong. Both open the live offers menu where you can browse and subscribe. Telenor and Ufone do not have one master menu — use their apps (My Telenor App, "U ptcl") or the code printed on each offer.
Why did my package not activate after dialling the code?
The usual causes are low balance (the price is deducted first), the offer not being available for your SIM type (prepaid vs postpaid), or a mistyped code. Check your balance, confirm the amount in the app, and try subscribing from the app where the exact price is shown before you confirm.
Do internet packages renew automatically?
Many do — daily bundles often expire without renewing, while weekly and monthly bundles commonly auto-renew if balance is available. The offer details in your network app state whether auto-renewal applies; unsubscribing stops it.
